I have worked in poultry industry for a period of 4 years. Within the space of 4 year I have shadowed the Plant Engineer as Engineering intern, Acted in the maintenance planners position for 1 year and now I'm currently working as the Projects coordinator where I manage all the plant CAPEX projects. The portfolio of project coordination entails motivating for cost saving project, identify ways to improve the performance of machinery equipment's.
