I've been in the industry for just about 9years and I'm very hands on.
Very dedicated and passionate about the industry and Food and Beverage development, I enjoy implementing procedures, staff development and developmental controls. I also have experience in enhancing departmental financials but maximizing Banqueting/ Meeting and Events opportunities. I've gained a lot of experience in my time with the likes of Protea Hotels by Marriott, BON Hotel group and Dream Hotel and Resorts which is vesitile in terms of the different types of operations and what they bring out of an individual.
I studied Hospitality Management with International Hotel School and graduated in 2017.
