I am interested in generating new product ideas and recipes
Presently i am volunteering at University of Johannesburg at the laboratory analysing the phenolic content on products which I enjoy most. This exercise helps one to modify and improve existing recipes. Ensure that hygiene food safety is being followed, monitor the use of additives, testing and writing the report, to count but few.
I am a 3rd year student at University of Johannesburg studying Food Technology .
