Order, receive, and oversee the needed supplies for maintenance activities. Assist artisans with creating PM Lists for new equipment and spare part preparation. • Plan and schedule equipment maintenance tasks to improve plant and equipment accessibility and proficiency in supplying the production site. • Plan maintenance-related planning sessions on a weekly and daily basis. • To increase overall efficiency, make sure to implement MPI techniques. • Work together with outside providers to refurbish spare equipment. • Collect drawings, manuals, and other documents to assist contractor and maintenance repairs or modifications. • Implement changes to maintenance records and important equipment with significant spares while determining the appropriate reorder levels and quantities. • Help to ensure the least possible production downtime • Draw up CAPEX, oversee the execution of projects. • Supervise apprentices
