Experienced Production Technician(F&F)- Formulation and Filling with a demonstrated history of working in sterile vaccine manufacturing as well as non-sterile chemical manufacturing plants.
I am currently working under QC as Quality Control Line Checker at Medal Paints.
To ensure that all paint batches produced on the mixing line meet required quality standards, formulations, and safety regulations before being released to the filling stage.
Verify raw materials against batch sheets before mixing begins
Check that formulations are followed according to specifications
Conduct in-process quality checks
Ensure correct labelling and identification of batches
Record production information accurately and report deviations
Stop production and escalate issues if quality standards are not met
Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the mixing area
Liaise with Quality Control (QC) and lab teams for sample approvals
