I have developed and supported strategic and tactical projects by reporting, performing data mining, creating reports and developing business intelligence requirements for business units. I have been responsible for undertaking complex information analysis in response to enquiries, and interpret and provide accurate and timely information to managers and services in a format that is easily understood and relevant to the decision-making process. This involvedthe receipting of complex and sensitive information to analyse, interpreting and presenting in an appropriate format where there may be barriers to understanding.

I have developed, and adapt as necessary, information systems to report on key performance indicators to ensure that managers can measure and monitor and continuously improve performance. I have enables the tools necessary to direct manager to meet customer requirements and demands by developing simplified, automated and standardised reports, procedures and processes such as Daily Sales Trackers, Weekly Sales Reports, Monthly Management Reports, Forecast Reports as well as development of Dashboards.
