I am Luthando Dayile looking for an in-service training in any company as an operations Management student currently studying my third year at Cape Peninsula University of Technology.

I am a diligent worker, goal driven, focused and ambitious. I am highly creative, an analytical, critical thinker as Operations Management needs someone who is determined and persistent. I have effective communication skills, ability to work under pressure, in a team and adapt easy. I am a responsible person with integrity.

As an Operations Management student I will be able to apply theoretical knowledge I have acquired during my 3 years of studying at the above institution. I would be able to improve and manage quality assurance programs in your product or services when opportunity, monitoring existing processes and analysing their effectiveness and efficiency. Playing a significant role in planning, including initiative gears towards operational excellent of individual and teamwork.
