I am writing to express my strong interest in the Operator or any relevant position, as advertised . With 5 years of experience in operating and maintaining various machinery and equipment, I am confident that my skills and dedication make me an excellent fit for this role.

In my previous role as a maintenance/Shift fitter at Mpact, I successfully managed and maintain and breakdowns repair ward units, stretch wraps and boiler to ensure smooth production processes. My responsibilities included troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, conducting routine maintenance checks, monitoring production progress, and adhering to strict safety protocols. Through my experience, I have developed a deep understanding of the importance of efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail in operating complex machinery.

Regular maintenance is vital to ensure optimal performance and longevity of machine, ensuring its proper functioning and minimizing breakdowns.

Corrugator: This is the heart of the machine and is responsible for producing the corrugated cardboard sheets. It consists of multiple sets of corrugating rolls, bearings, hydraulic and pneumatic features that impart a wavy pattern creating the characteristic fluted layer

Conducting routine visual and functional checks on the corrugator, pressure and preheat rolls. This includes examining/repairing/changing belts, pulleys, bearings, chains, gears, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, chillers, steam pipes lines, steam traps, pumps values (gaskets/seal) electrical connections, and control systems

Preventive Maintenance: Performing scheduled maintenance tasks to prevent machine failure or unexpected downtime. This involves adjusting and replacing slitter knives( are circular blades that cut the continuous corrugated board into smaller or required widths), Grinder's, Rotary shear(chop knives. Cuts the board to the desired length.), creasers timing belts and speed reduction gearboxes.
