Worked as an Experiential Trainee metallurg, where my day to day task included: Running and operating all sections in a metallurgical plant.
- Working with the metallurgist to support in:
- Sample taking and preparation
- Trouble shooting and fault finding
- High copper investigations
- Carbon breakage investigations
- High Residues Investigations
- Housekeeping and safety insurance in the plant
- Metal Accounting: Daily and Monthly Production Report, Daily and Monthly Reagents Consumptions, Water balance and Equipment Availability vs Utilization.
