Responsible for operational monitoring, reporting, coordination and administrative tasks to support delivery operations.

• Compile and reconcile daily operational reports, extracting performance metrics to support management decision-making.
• Supervise and coordinate drivers' schedules, ensuring timely deliveries and alignment with customer service standards.
• Manage cash handling duties—receiving payments, balancing registers, preparing deposits, and verifying transactional accuracy.
• Serve as primary point of contact for a diverse customer base, communicating clearly on orders, inquiries, and service updates.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and operational issues, escalating complex cases while maintaining satisfaction targets.
• Track fleet movements and delivery logs, flagging delays or discrepancies for corrective action.
