*Programming on 800X DCS, *Installation of new instruments
Panel & circuit wiring, cable testing fit seals and packings
*Maintenance on the Rotor Packer, for cement.
Preparation of PMs on SAP, making sure that the Technician complete them and load them in the SAP system.
*Maintaining and calibration of instruments (Flow, Level, Temperature, pressure transmitters).
*Fault Finding.
*PLC programming.
*Boilers and furnace maintenance.
*Overhaul and maintenance of valves.
*Basic and advance electronics ( fault finding electronic circuits).
*Reading and interpreting instrument diagrams.
*Build and network fault finding.
Diploma in Electrical Engineering specializing in Process Instrumentation and control. I hold a trade certificate for Instrumentation
