My career started after completing my National diploma in Agric-Business at Sovereign as a trainee and then I got employed as a supervisor at Daleside poultry Rearing farm owned by Sovereign. I've gain 1 year worth of experience as a farm supervisor. A year later after I was employed to be a supervisor I was promoted into a farm manager position at slipper1 rearing farm which is also own by Sovereign.

As a rearing poultry manager, I've gain 6 years of experience.

Trainee - Sovereign - Daleside farm

I started working as the Trainee at Daleside farm, rearing day old chicks to 21 weeks for laying farm, capturing and update farm information.

Supervisor - Sovereign foods

I started working as the Supervisor at Sovereign foods.

• Co-ordinating water, spray and IM vaccinations- Following SOP strictly and conduct training
• Operating the SKOV Doll 339 and Doll 95 computers for feeding, temperature, ventilation and light control for the poultry houses

• Confers with farm area manager to as certain production requirements and to discuss condition of equipment and status of supplies
• Directs maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment, such as chicken houses, automatic feeders
• Prepare worker attendance, feed consumption and poultry mortality reports
• Induct new workers and rigid SOP and BRC adherence in all operational aspects

I started working as farm Manager at Slipper 1 Rearing farm, same company and same department. The farm consists of 6 houses and approximately 60 to 70000 chicks, rearing day-old chick to 21 weeks for laying farm.
