My career highlights include 20 years of experience in the Airline Customer Services sector, 8 years in the Airport Operations management environment at South African Airways, and working closely with the UN World Food Programme (WFP) during the COVID-19 pandemic. I was responsible for oversight responsibility of operational areas such as check-in, departures gates, arrivals, ticket sales, on-time departures and performance, monitoring OR Tambo International Airport charter operations, ensuring proper travel documentation of all passengers, promoting business continuity, consistency, seamless delivery of air charter services and liaising with the WFP management.
I am a results-driven individual who obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Transport and Logistics at the University of South Africa in 2022, a National Diploma in Travel and Tourism at Durban University of Technology in 1999, Walt Disney’s (USA) International Cultural Program Certificate at Walt Disney University in 2000 and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) at University of South Africa in 2019.
