About
As a seasoned Executive Leadership & Personal Development Coach and Facilitator, with nearly 4,000 individual coaching hours under the belt, I have a strong focus on developing EQ and Executive Presence as a parallel in all my processes. I support HR and managers to, amongst others, roll out OD and change initiatives, enhance leadership capabilities, improve performance, optimise team dynamics and ensure powerful on-boarding and with my Seta Accredited Training Company, what I see works well, is rolling out combined training-coaching development programs.

I am a NeuroLeadership trained ICF aligned coach with nearly 4,000 individual coaching hours under the belt. I have also designed and delivered many Leadership, Management and Professional Development courses and have facilitated numerous Strategic and Scenario Planning Sessions, as well as other team dynamic sessions.
