To Ensure that the plant is running smoothly
- Monitoring the plant and the flow of water from the coagulation to the storage tank
- Dose chemical coagulant and maintaining flow of water from the catchment area
- Prime pump especially when there was no power
- Backlash filter and and Ensure high level of water
- Write Daily,Weekly and monthly production
- Report challenges that I am not familiar with to plant manager
- Collecting the sample of raw water, sedimentation, filtered and clear water
- Testing the sample of raw water, sedimentation, filtered and clear water
- Test free & total chlorine, PH, TDS, EC, and Turbidity of the water according to SANS 241
- Perform the jar test and reverse Osmosis
- To Ensure the safety and housekeeping in laboratory
