Maki Moloi

My name is Dimakatso Moloi; I’m a Public Relations graduate from Rosebank College in Braamfontein, Johannesburg. I hereby wish to apply for Team leader position within your company, which will allow me to put into practice the theoretical knowledge I have acquired through my studies, customer service industry and being a Team leader, as it is a role I can perform. exceptionally well to a high standard.

In addition to being a strong communicator and team worker, I am the type of person who understands how vital. my performance within the role is to the success of your company.

I have also gained work experience working at companies like MTN South Africa which all fall under the Call Centre/ Service Provider industry, which taught me to engage with clients and customers in order to address their queries but at the same time delivering on the organizations service mandate

Within MTN SA being part of the team it allowed me the opportunity to use my communication skills as I believe highly in having a great communication platform which allows organizations to deliver great quality to the customer This being said as a person with team leader I strive by all to produce that quality that is expected within the company .
