Makutu Masewawatla

I am a film and tv graduate from University of Johannesburg. Throughout my course, I have covered most of the film and television making aspects; this includes producing media content, directing, cinematography, screen writing, lighting, editing, sound recording, researching and cable wrapping. We have also been given task to shoot documentaries and short films, especially at final year, of which I learnt that filmmaking is collaborative effort.

I learnt a great deal about working in groups, cooperating with others, time management, living up to one’s responsibility within a crew, working with a little or no budget, sourcing ideas, preparation and thorough research.
