PROCESS/PROJECT ENGINEER – FEM (Front End Module) - VALEO SYSTEMS

Process/Project Engineer with focus on FEM project team leadership and machinery installation. Projects include BMW G45 and VWSA.
- Take a lead on FEM project team and on installation of machinery
- Plan and control of Line Trial and reports and appropriation of equipment with accompanying justifications
- Handling of on-line queries and troubleshooting with regards to production issues
- FMEA's, Control Plans and Management of the changes into production
- Evaluate equipment Facilities and Tools, and control and direct processes relating to the manufacturing of facilities, with quality problems and improvements
- Co-ordination of pre-production runs (Project and Series) and assisting in problem solving
- Identification of process improvements leading to improved efficiency
- Identification of tools and facilities required to improve the process control and repairs and spares
- Having a constant focus on the delivery of quality technical support to Production
- Test, assess and monitor Process materials in In-Plant processes and to advise and assist when Laboratory facilities and expertise are required
- Support and assist Suppliers in the identification of the real cause of quality and process Problems
- Develop and update material and process specifications, test methods and comply with safety (SHE) in the company
- Using TS16949 Quality Systems with compliance of company business
- Facilitating information and quality tools to assist in the solving or preventing of quality problems detected on Verification Stations
- Analyzing Audits, Field and Shop Floor information for defects and trends, and record this information on the data base and action where required
- Using Feedback/Feed forward system to the team and relevant areas for any major/reoccurring defects detected from customers
- Responsible for writing work instructions
- Effective management of audit systems -internal audits, process audits - environmental
- Attend management review meetings
- Deal with customer complaints
- Updating BOM on SAP system
PROCESS ENGINEER – PARTING, CONCAST, BALL MILLS, PASTE LINES AND OVENS - FIRST NATIONAL BATTERY

Senior Process Engineer leading a team of 3 Junior Process Engineers in Parting, Concast, Ball Mills, Paste Line and Ovens.
- Lead a team of 3 Junior Process Engineers in Parting, Concast, Ball Mills, Paste Line and Ovens
- Control of Line Trial Reports and appropriation of equipment with accompanying justifications
- Handling of on-line queries and troubleshooting with regards to above responsibilities
- FMEA's, Control Plans and Management of the changes into production
- Evaluate equipment Facilities and Tools, and control and direct processes relating to the manufacturing of facilities, with quality problems and improvements
- Planning and co-coordinating off Projects simultaneously
- Co-ordination of pre-production runs (PVS and O Series) and assisting in fitment evaluations
- Identification of process improvements leading to improved efficiency
- Identification of tools and facilities required to improve the process control and repairs and spares
- Having a constant focus on the delivery of quality technical support to Production
- Test, assess and monitor Process materials in In-Plant processes and to advise and assist when Laboratory facilities and expertise are required
- Support and assist Suppliers in the identification of the real cause of quality and process Problems

- To apply research techniques in medium and long term projects, quality improvements and warranty and field complaints
- Using ISO 9002, 9001, 14001 & 2000 with compliance of company business

Process Engineer managing multiple production lines including Prop Shaft, Paint and Assembly lines.
- Control of Line Trial Reports and appropriation of equipment with accompanying justifications
- Handling of on-line queries and troubleshooting with regards to above responsibilities
- FMEA's, Control Plans, Process Flows, Capacity Studies and Management of the changes into production
- Evaluate equipment Facilities and Tools, and control and direct processes relating to the manufacturing of facilities, with quality problems and improvements
- Co-ordination of pre-production runs (PVS and O Series) and assisting in operation/fitment evaluations
- Identification of process improvements leading to improved efficiency
- Identification of tools and facilities required to improve the process control and repairs and spares (for all machinery and tools in the area concern)
- Having a constant focus on the delivery of quality technical support to Production
- Test, assess and monitor Process materials in In-Plant processes and to advise and assist when Laboratory facilities and expertise are required
- Support and assist Suppliers in the identification of the real cause of quality and process problems
