I have 1 year of experience as a receptionist or admin, and 2 years of experience in technical support, where I assisted customers with installing Sage software and troubleshooting Sage systems for customers. I moved to Currys, where I support customers technically on hardware and software.

My background includes answering customer service calls and orders as soon as possible, helping customers with complaints and questions, troubleshooting, and installing and uninstalling customer apps. Give customers information about products and services,take orders, and process returns.

I have passed my matric in 2012, I am a 3rd year dropout at Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
