I have 13 years of call center experience where I transitioned in various roles. I started of as an agent, moved in to a QA assessor then into a teamleader. I have had the wonderful experience of working in the debt collection environment as well in the sales environment. I am looking to work in an environment where I can utilize my skills, experience and knowledge to enhance productivity levels.
