I studied BA in humanities however I have acquired knowledge and skills I'm the administration environment through being part time assistant and a volunteer.
I studied computer literacy as one of my modules in university, I also used that knowledge I acquired at university to assist in a clinic where I was working as a volunteer in their admin, where my duty was to retrieve and store client's I formation in the system, booking appointments, answering telephones. I also worked as a school assistant in the admin where I assisted the admin clerk with printing/photocopy machine, writing question papers and registering learners and recording class registers on the system.
My most relevant education is psychology and academic literacy.
