My motivation and drive are what propel me to want to make a difference within business industries. This coupled with my highly analytical capabilities ensure that I see every situation as an opportunity rather than a challenge. I believe in mechanisms such as heuristics to break down challenges step by step in order to achieve the solution to the bigger picture.

As a black woman, I believe in being driving forces for change, such that we see more black women in top level executive positions. I believe this is achieved through ensuring we infiltrate each level of the design process so that we are represented more. What differentiates me is my thought process and ability to lead with understanding and decisive action.

I am highly adept in creating business solutions and integrating tax and tax principles, in investment management structures and business management structures. My strong interpersonal capabilities which include high levels of communication and strong focus on strategic relationship building ensure I contribute to achieve strong business results.
