I am currently working towards completing my undergraduate degree in Industrial Psychology at the University of the Free State. I am very passionate about human resources and improving the human thought processes and behaviours in the workplace.
I have worked voluntarily as a social entrepreneur at the Supporting Youth Social Entrepreneurship (SYSE) organisation in 2022. My duties there were to identify the problems that are faced by Non-profit organisations. I then, with my team had to come up with solutions to the problem identified and the solution had to be a sustainable one that will keep the non-profit organisation going even years later.
I am a final year student at the UFS majoring in Industrial psychology and psychology.
