I was advising and assisting customers on correct products and queries, where possible I would assist with resolving customer complaints. I made sure customers received correct products as per purchase. In merchandising, I can ensure shelves are clean, neat and fully stocked.
I always kept work area clean and tidy, removed obstacles and ensured safe walkways. Safety (OHSA), I ensure customers and staff are safe, I always use safety equipment correctly and also follow safety procedures. In addition I did stock counting and quotations.
