I started my career in 2018 working as an intern at African Bank for a year. Went on to begin my journey in call center in 2020 October where I worked as a lead Gen agent at Icon Africa for 6 months then I got promoted to being a sales agent where I worked until January 2022. I moved on to Clientele where I worked as a sales agent as well until December 2022. I took a career break for 6 months then started working at Energy at Works as a Customer service agent in July till present.
I have matriculated in 2016 with 2 distinctions, then obtained my NQF5 in banking services advice in 2019 which is relevant to 120 credits. I also hold an RE5 together with COB in Long term insurance. I have also completed a QA certificate and Microsoft basics certification.
