- Prepare stock for loading and Qc to check the temperature of the stock
- Compare the load sheets with the stock
- Loading of the stock and ensure that the trucks are loaded correctly
- Ensure that COA's and Invoices corresponds
- Ensure that the truck is sealed using plastic seals
- Ensure that the stores, Fridges, Freezers are neat
- Hand daily check list to the laboratory
- Verify the stock remaining in the chiller(Fridge) for the next day deliveries
- Do daily cycle counts and hand over to the financial clerk and solve the variances after the finance is done
- Resolve the variances and send to the relevant managers
- Book the trucks for the following day
- Stacking and packing of stock using a forklift
