During my time at Afrika Prosper Insure (a Sanlam Sky Franchise), I worked extensively with financial transactions, client records, and compliance processes, developing a strong foundation in accurate record-keeping and administrative excellence.
In this role, I was responsible for capturing financial transactions, reconciling payments and client premiums, updating financial and client records, and performing data-capturing duties with a high level of accuracy. I also processed client application forms, handled debit order changes and cancellations, and managed monthly cut-off submissions, ensuring that all financial information was up to date and correctly recorded.
My responsibilities included preparing basic financial and administrative reports, conducting compliance checks, verifying documentation, and maintaining organised filing systems.
