I have 4 years of distilling knowledge followed by qualifications from Distillique and the institute of brewing and distilling.
I have made speciality south African deli meats (Boer/droëwors and biltong.) Including salami and Chorizo. I have done a meat breaking blockmans course with the SA butcher academy.
I have done my advanced beginners course at olifantsfontein trade site and I have 8 months of maintenance and construction experience.
