I am ready to begin a new chapter in my career after more than 20 years in the recruitment industry, most of which have been spent in fast-paced, client-focused, and results-driven environments. I am incredibly proud of the relationships I’ve built and the results I’ve achieved over the years, but I feel the time is right to step away from my own agency and embrace a fresh professional challenge.
Throughout my career, I’ve developed strong expertise in office and operations management, HR support, team leadership, and process improvement. I have been responsible for establishing office infrastructure, implementing and streamlining systems, managing budgets, mentoring teams, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business. My experience has taught me the importance of efficiency, communication, and creating an environment where people and processes work in harmony.
I’m highly adaptable, organised, and thrive on creating structure and supporting the overall success of a business. While I’ve worn many hats throughout my career, my focus remains on operational excellence, service delivery, and contributing to a productive and positive workplace culture.
For the past two decades, I have been the Managing and Talent Partner of a generalist recruitment and HR consultancy based in Cape Town. Our focus has been on delivering tailored, end-to-end talent and HR solutions across a broad spectrum of industries.
In addition to driving business development and overseeing recruitment operations, I have played a key role in establishing the company’s infrastructure and implementing efficient systems and processes to support growth and performance. I have also managed and mentored a team, ensuring they are equipped to reach their full potential and contribute meaningfully to the success of the business.
Prior to entering the recruitment industry, I spent several years in the healthcare sector as a Client Services Consultant, working for both brokers and established medical aid organisations. This early experience developed my strong client service orientation and ability to communicate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
After more than 20 years in a fast-paced, client-driven environment, I am now ready to embrace a new professional challenge. I’m seeking an opportunity within an office management or operations capacity where I can apply my extensive experience, organisational strengths, and people management skills in a collaborative and structured environment.
After completion of my secondary schooling, I enrolled in a 3 year National Diploma: Executive Assistant at Wits Technikon. Over the years I've completed numerous industry related courses ranging from labour relations, talent management, performance management and new business development.
