I have worked in my family business (Meat shop) as an administrator for at least 2 years and I have an experience as a call center agent where I managed to utelize my communication skills both written and verbal, I expanded my knowledge in Ms office further and still willing to learn. I am looking to secure a position with a growing company that will enable me to use my skills and learn more going forward.
I have worked as a teacher assistant for 7 months in a primary school where I had to organise the class and prepare it for lessons mostly so I used to do lesson plans,then worked as a call center agent for 6 months where I used to handle customer, capture their information which involved both answering calls and making calls, processing payments and generating my own leads but before that I worked at a family business as an administrator where I used to handle petty cash, collect stock, capture data and build clientele with other suppliers for 2 years which I didn't mention on the Cv because the business was not registered.
I completed my matric 2016 and have studied Mechanical engineering 2017 to 2019 therefore I have accuired N3 Mechanical engineering certificate
