Contract lecturer at Stellenbosch University, solely responsible for presenting learning material and setting up assessments (6 months). Module assistant at Stellenbosch University, responsible for providing both assistance to lecturers relating to class presentions, technological and assessment assistance, as well as mentorship to students (2 years).
Completed my 1st year of my master's degree in Industrial Psychology (Cum Laude) at Stellenbosch University (2022). Currently completing the 2nd (final) year with the thesis topic of "Leadership Development Assessment: Current Landscape in South Africa and Future Needs" (2023).
Completed my Honour's Degree in Industrial Psychology (Cum Laude) (2021)
Completed my Bachelor's Degree in BComm Industrial Psychology (Final year modules: Financial Managment, Psychology and Industrial Psychology) (2018-2020)
