I am fond of all fabricating and mechanical jobs and have the gift in excelling in it. The quality of my work is always exceptionally high. I initiate action to exploit opportunities, rectify weaknesses and solve problems, and prepare contingency plans to ensure successful execution of all mechanical and fabricating jobs.
My experience Varies from rigging and transporting abnormal mobile homes / offices and containers.
Plumbing (fitting geezers, elements, thermostats, taps, showers etc.)
Mechanical repairs (changing bearings, working on hydraulics pipes, fittings, vehicles (cranes, forklifts, trucks, tippers Tractors etc.)Also some experience with pneumatics / combined with conveyers (sensors, pneumatic cylinders, changing regulators, valve’s etc.)
Normal house welding with single phase invertors and arc welding (mild steel and stainless steel) working with grinders, drills etc. (handyman tools).
I also have experience painting / spray painting vehicles.
Woodwork, build-in cupboards, fixing platforms, cleaning and varnishing tables, chairs etc.
I have experience working with fiberglass (molding, fixing, showers baths, boats etc.)
Irrigation landscaping fixing pumps sprayers and pipes
I am strict in monitoring procedures and health regulations, and believe in safety first -people’s lives comes first .Electrical single / three phase motors practical training.
My employment period at Glasstile and Vleishuis Vervaardigers equipped me with fair experience in procurement of raw materials / products. Through my work as Production Manager/Procure Manager I had to execute documentation using various computer programs like Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook and Accpac system.
I have storage experience through running the Paint Department at Glasstile
I have more than 20 years of 4 x 4 experiences in sand and mud act.
I have 5 years of experience as volunteer at the National Sea Rescue Institute working in rough sea (20m waves + ) saving people’s lives on yachts and big ships -even airplanes . 4000 hours of operating rubber ducks and small boats till now (Skippers license – Category B, 40NM offshore)
I did open Water 1 scuba diving through NAUI, and has regional colors in swimming (school career).
SAMSA Approved seagoing familiarization course in accordance with section A-VI /1.1oftheS.T.C.W code of 1995 and have my seaman’s book (SURVIVAL COURSE)
