Very good administratively, budgeting, computer literate and Code C1 with PrDP driver's license
Fleet Officer (Health & Safety procedures & policies
Liaison with external clients (Imperial, Khula Fleet Solutions, Fleet Africa and Super Rent)
Liaison with Internal clients (fleet repairs, licensing, vehicle log sheets, kilometer recovering, accident reports and fuel recoveries)
Financial control (Fleet control incidents and accident insurance claims, Insurance assessment forms, Portfolio of evidence for assessments, third party liability, SAP reports – Sourcing funds on budgets and doing veriments; processing invoices for payment, requisitions, orders, handling account queries; check departmental budgets for sufficient funds)
Fault controller (Call-out procedure, SAP reports, Budget reports, Log call-outs on SAP, safety of personnel, time keeping, Health & Safety procedures & policies)
Operator (Grader, ADT, Overhead Crane, Front-End Loader, Excavator, Dozer Compactor)
