I have been working within the mining, municipal, construction and Civils industry as a service provider in the engineering discipline.

My Resume details my time in the pump and plant industry with latter part being spent as operations manager in the Civils and water industry. My experience over years has exposed me to various industries and instilled the discipline and aptitude to handle the most stressful and high paced situation to deliver results to the client's satisfaction.

an extremely driven and experienced pump specialist who is solutions-driven and enjoys solving problems that customers may experience in their production processes. With over 15 years' experience in the pump industry and has worked on numerous large-scale projects. With the aim of continuous improvement and to better oneself and up skill those around you through motivation, engaging and support, made the transition into Operations management and General management seamless.

Through various sales and consulting courses throughout the years in the work environment, has instilled the kaizen philosophy to embark on various projects.

Mick McCormack training, Wilson’s Learning International as well as exposure to John Tonken as taught that there is always a better way to handle a task or situation.

in the industry various pump training either through intranet or external organisations, has nurtured my engineering and technical aptitude. ITT , Xylem water and waste water as well as Godwin Pumps 101.

Making use of resources readily available, through edx, I have completed courses in Operations management, business management, general management from institutions such as Babson’s, Harvardx and MITx
