Have worked with Flexco products for six years as a conveyor belt technician/structure fabrication and was promoted to a site leading hand position in 2021 to present date. Have the ability to work in both underground and surface mining environment, including platinum, gold, diamond and quarry mines; as well as cement and sugar processing plants. Have the ability to carry out installations of new conveyor belts, belt cleaners i.e. primary, secondary and plough cleaners; drive, tail, bend, and snub pulleys; impact, troughing and return idlers; belt scales; and lagging of conveyor pulleys.
Have the ability to fabricate conveyor idlers, chutes and design conveyor belt covers specially in food industry eg sugar processing plant.
