I have completed my studies in Honours BCom Supply chain management.
I have a wealth of pharmaceutical knowledge as I have been in the industry for over two decades. Skill, experience and exposure stretch from manufacturing of solids, liquids, creams ointments, complimentary, to vaccines.
Departments I have worked in are also quality assurance, outsource, stability, procurement, new launches, and supply chain
My current scope of work primarily focus on inventory and managing the SAP ERP system with the listed responsibilities.
· To provide end to end support from material set up to dispatch of finish goods in all supply chain processes
· Responsible to provide systems (SAP ERP) support to the relevant user departments from a Material Master data (MM), Warehouse management (WM), Inventory Management (IM), Quality Management (QM) and Production planning (PP) perspective.
· Provides a link between the relevant functional teams, I.T. and the required consultants regarding the user department’s system (SAP) improvement requirements.
· Responsible for developing Inventory and other key metric reporting to assist the user department and management with relevant, accurate and timely information to support fact- based decision making.
· Ensures that the inventory accuracy is monitored on a regular basis and the timely investigation of any discrepancies that may arise.
· Responsible to lead the Inventory and System support team’s activities including but not limited to:
· Responsible to ensure that the Inventory and System support team services and solutions in alignment with pharmaceutical quality system requirements and as per the work schedules as determined by the Head of Supply Chain.
· All SAP project implementations for the business
· Manage all SAP QMS documents on Trackwise to support implementations
· Manager all supply chain and SAP ERP related Procedure updates and creations
· Continuously support and prescribe to cGMP within the business
· Provide input into supply Chain budgeting requirements form inventory and warehousing to head of supply chain
· Collate data for supply chain optimization endeavours like consolidation of warehousing. Inventory visibility etc.
· Create process flows of supply chain implication projects and write procedures and work instructions to support implication plan
· Manage- deviations,change controls and CAPA related to inventory and systems
