In my current position as a Legal Advisor at Mc Letoka Attorneys Inc., I have been responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, registering trusts, conducting civil litigation, and providing legal opinions. Additionally, I have conducted independent research on legislative acts such as the POPI Act, Company's Act, National Credit Act, and the Consumer Protection Act. I have also been involved in drafting and preparing credit agreements, administering deceased estates, and ensuring compliance with the National Credit Act.
