• Operate POS till system and handle cash, card, and lay-by transactions daily
• Assist 100+ customers per day with product selection, sizes, and returns
• Merchandising: pack shelves, price marking, stock rotation, and floor displays
• Stock control: receive deliveries, count stock, report shrinkage to management
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure fitting rooms are monitored
• Meet daily sales targets and promote PEP Money, Capfin, and airtime sales
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
