I'm study towards my Diploma in Management Services. I'm doing my 3rd year at the University of Johannesburg. I have good communication skills and I'm very well versed in the use of computers. I can work well under pressure.

I am very good when it comes to being a captioner for different types of entertainment. I have very good listening skills hence I'm good at being a transcriber.

I am doing my 2nd year in Diploma in Management Services. So far we've been taught the different managerial skills and how to work understander pressure. We've also been taught on how to present ourselves in front of customer. We have been given different ways to improve quality to ensure the satisfaction of customers needs and wants.
