Initiate Root causes analysis, and implementation of preventative action within the production process. Ensure continuous improvement process to align with the quality management system. Accumulate data for value stream mapping for production improvement and eliminate non-added value items.
Improve productivity through the implementation of the Lean manufacturing process (MUDA). Implementation of 5s within the manufacturing process. Implementation of Service level agreement between inter-suppliers and Implementation of lean six sigma methodology with manufacturing production
