An experienced financial services specialist with a strong background across Retail and Commercial Banking. I’ve held various client, product, system, and process roles, both as a subject matter expert and functional head. My experience includes delivering interim and target state solutions for a major South African bank, developing and implementing organisational strategies for the Retail and Commercial banking clusters.
I previously led the bank’s value reporting function, overseeing submissions to global rating agencies and reporting on Sustainable Development Goals, including climate and environmental objectives. I also initiated the group’s ISSB IFRS adoption process and managed integrated reporting in collaboration with climate risk, financial reporting, strategy, sustainability, and investor relations teams. Currently, I head the Specialist Services, Sustainability, Advisory, and Digital functions at a South African reporting and advisory firm.
