I have a diploma in Sound Engineering from Damelin, and two certificates in Class of Business in Long-Term and Short-Term Insurance from Affinity Business School and Faisit. I have also worked as a Sales Representative, a Lead Administrator, and an Inbound Customer Service Representative in various insurance companies, where I met or exceeded quality and productivity goals, handled strong objections, and offered quotations. I am flexible regarding working hours, keen to expand my skills and knowledge, and prepared to work in a variety of roles as required.
