Ensure accurate reporting to head office and to the clients.
Attend meetings and training as required.
Inspecting housekeeping staff daily (Compliment) and motivate staff through good communication.
Make sure staff are clean well dressed and presentable daily.
Inspecting quality and quantity of the cleaning staff daily
Do trainings and manage training records also do performance management of the staff.
Supervise and manage staff per the right company procedures.
Ensure health and safety standards as well as quality standards are met.
Ensure all objectives are achieved.
