• Assisting corporate companies with developing policies and procedures;
• Assisting companies with dealing with the various labour and employment law within the workplace and the applicable legislation (LRA, BCEA, EEA ect.);
• Drafting legal documents and opinions;
• Conducting the necessary research and presentations;
• Consultation and communication with clients providing positive and productive solutions.
