• Collect waybills/invoices from sales personal and counter sales that must be delivered daily.

-

• Pull stock from shelves.
• Plan routes for the three drivers and check when drivers load stock into vehicles that the correct stock is taken by drivers for specific areas.
• Make sure all three-driver level by 9:30am unless workshop is still busy cutting gaskets that must be done and delivered on that specific day.
• Check by sales personal every two hours is waybills/invoices for companies that will pick up stock or companies that sends out couriers and make sure stock is ready for collections.
• Check stock that is delivered to Cape Town Klinger from other Klinger branches and put the stock on correct shelves.
• Pull stock from shelves mainly PTFE sheeting and

Elastomers/Vegetables Fibre such: Natural Rubber, Neoprene, Nitrile, - -

Silicone, Viton Rubber, Ethylene Propylene (EPDM), as requested from workshop to be cut for gaskets.

• Collect waybills/invoices for other Klinger Branches such as Wadesville

Johannesburg, Sunnyrock (Germiston), Sasolburg, Durban, Port

Elizabeth Package stock daily and phone Kargo to pick up stock that must be delivered overnight. Checking delivered stock items with

Invoices, making sure all products and specifications are correct as per our purchase orders.
