I am creative, dedicated and value the process of continuous improvement inside and outside of work. I have been in the insurance industry since 2008 and since I started I found more interest in bridging the gap between what I have at hand and what I don't have, thus using creativity in line with policy and office ethics and in return that new learning process improves my skill and my growth.
I have been in the same industry for 13 years and counting, with a 2 year gap since 2012-2014. During this time I have learned how to communicate with different personality types and character trades. This I believe taught me in return how to deal with people and different situations and how to apply my experience to gain successful outcomes.
I matriculated in 2006, went to UWC in 2007 and incompleted the Biotechnology degree, only because it was not my apetite.
I then started as a processing clerk at Mutual & Federal in 2008 and stayed with them until 2012.
In 2014 I returned to the industry and joined a brokerage team and managed to have successfully completed RE5 and NQF4 in 2015, where I spend 3 years with the same brokerage.
Early 2018 I moved to another brokerage and ended up moving 3 months later to another brokerage where I am currently employed.
