I AM MBALENHLE MARCIA SITHOLE, A GO GETTER. I started working at TFG in 2021 as a flex.
Plaza (C grade store) I gained so much knowledge. When it comes to visualizing C GRADE STORES and working at the POINT OF SERVICE with the help of Smanga Gumede who is now the Manager at Relay Jeans (Matubatuba). I also went to Markham Stanger for three weeks, when they were opening their store, for flat packing and working at the POS and it was a great experience.
I know how to receive and acknowledge stock, dealing with customer complains, solving issues and etc. I am now working at Markham Richards bay as the main cashier. If I can get this opportunity, I will do my best by producing the good results.
I will also encourage each and every one to understand count, they must count their departments twice a week as we are approaching festive season. With my past experience few years. I would be good of use as I am ready to grow in the retail industry, all the fashion trends are within my blood with the hype for summer the organization would get the best results, as I am ever working on improving myself and producing great results for the company.
