- SKU simplification and prioritisation: I lead a project where the process of SKU/product simplification is automated to determine performance and growth by generating a score, and then provide recommendations to business using product optimization techniques in this model. This project has been successfully rolled out the to the entire Africa Customer, Marketing, and Planning teams.
- Built Africa Capex Solution: I built the Africa Capex analytical solution which uses high-quality visualisations to display all Planned Capex for the year, Capex spent on a monthly basis vs planned across the entire Africa including High-Risk Markets. This enables the Finance team to have a clear monthly view of expenditure vs. targets in UL

- Achievements in Promo Insights: I created a dashboard that displays all promotions UL is selling at the different retailers. I would compare the performance of other retailers and through that comparison, I will identify opportunities, advise the respective account managers to adapt their promotion to match the performance of the best performing retailer. This report assists in identifying and executing promotional opportunities that deliver commercial value. I would present these insights and recommendations to the account teams as well as all account leadership teams.
- Achievements in Distribution Opportunities: I built, and presented to the Customer Development Leadership Team a new dashboard that would enhance execution teams of closing distribution gaps by providing execution rate score of the exceptions rate (no sales in-store) and Distribution rate of core strategic price optimizing focus packs. This allows Account manager teams and execution in-store teams to identify what the issue may be for packs not selling out of a store. Is the pack out of stock or not on the shelf?

- Achievements in Order Management Report: I designed and built and presented to senior stakeholders a dashboard of the Supply Chain factory performance. Tracking daily orders, displaying forecast vs. actual production and dispatch rates. What I included which did not exist was a GSV (Gross Sales Value) view. This view adds value to the report that only focused on volume – including the bottom-line sales value broadened the scope of people who consume and use the report.
