To Whom It May Concern, I'm a validated IT engineering diploma holder with vast experience in the IT field. Been in the field from 2007 to date. Have experience as a Service Desk agent, logging calls and dealing with first call resolution, Systems engineer where we remotely assisted users using TEam Viewer with all their IT issues.
Now am currently a Field Support engineer where I'm based at Sassa in Aliwal North I also support Sterkspruit and Burgersdorp with all their IT issues, installation of company application such as BAS, Oracle,SocPen, fixing issues with their web based application such as MIS. Setting up VoiP for users, dealing with server when network is down connecting all users to the network and making sure the Phones work, connection to printer, scanning. Currently i work for an international Law firm named Hogan Lovells as a IT Service Desk Analyst, assisting UK, USA, ASIA based client with all their IT issues, setting up account, Imaging Laptop, application installation printer setup and overall meeting SLA and providing great Customer experience.
