During my time as a Trainee Manager, I gained experience in customer service, staff supervision, stock control, merchandising, cash handling and the day-to-day operations of a busy retail environment. This role strengthened my leadership, communication, problem-solving and organizational skills whilst teaching me the importance of teamwork and excellent customer service.
